Same thing here with the scaremongering about #landback #HokiWhenuaMai. It just boils down to "what if indigenous people are as bad as we are? Better not respect their human rights or make restitution for atrocities they suffered, just to be safe"
This hand wringing over “river to the sea” which is just about a one state solution without apartheid is TELLING. It’s the same argument that “nice Northern” people made about ending slavery- they were for it but if everyone was equal what would those barbarians do???
