#Earps
What's your favorite third season episode of Star Trek TOS?
Mine is "Spectre of the Gun" where Walter Koenig's Pavel Chekov gets the girl, Scotty gets a mortar and pestle, McCoy gets a Holliday, Spock makes things go ok at the Corral, and Kirk irks the Earps when he drop kicks their brother Wyatt.

The latest matchday in the Women's Champions League continues this evening.

Big wins for Lyon and Chelsea saw them move to the top of the 18-team league phase table but they could be replaced by the likes of Barcelona, and Man United, who face Mary Earps' PSG tonight.

Earps is hilarious. Always posing, pulling faces, pacing with a swagger. Lives like the camera is always on her. That constipated look must be her 'manifesting' a PSG win.

NEW: When I read how the disapproval of Mary Earps’ parents towards LGBTQ relationships caused her paranoia and fear, it resonated with me.

The game should consider her story from a queer perspective, at a time when women’s football has previously celebrated #RainbowLaces.

In the last week, the goalkeeper’s autobiography has been heavily scrutinised by fans and the media.

But there hasn’t been much analysis from an LGBTQ perspective, even though that’s crucial to Earps’ ambition to be “unapologetically me”.

Women’s football should do more to educate around this… ⬇️

Unfortunately probably won't end up winning it, but she was amazing last season Tullis-Joyce and continues to be in strong form this season.

She has certainly filled the boots of Earps.
📸 Congrats to Phallon Tullis-Joyce on her nomination for The Best FIFA Women's Goalkeeper 2025! 👏
