Soon, she may meet them in person and test her skills against theirs. “You said every Lin Kuei chooses a title to represent them. If yours is Smoke, what was Nurin’s?” “Mist. I told her she should take Smoke because she was the cultivator, but she preferred Mist. Said it was more graceful and beautiful.” He laughed to himself. Then, as it always did, his brief joy melted into droopy eyes and a slanted mouth. But instead of letting it consume him, this time he breathed in, squared his shoulders, and asked in a subdued voice, “What title would you choose?” Ashrah earned many epithets after glorious tales of her valour in battle had spread across the Netherrealm. Purple-Eyed Slayer. Radiant Blade. Purple Bane. Graceful Inferno. She prized them, but they were out of her control. If she were to choose one for herself… “Liberty.” Smoke looked up, his forehead creased in contemplation. “Liberty,” he tried the word, and it made him smile. “That’s wonderful. Nurin would’ve liked it, too.” Ashrah gave herself a satisfied nod.

I'm trying to find one of the last SongXue fics I was working on and instead please have this, the furthest I got into a fic that was going to have Jin Ling holding Lan Xichen captive for his own good and uh. Things. Lots of things.
“Sect Leader Lan was hurt badly by your uncle’s betrayal,” Wen Ning’s words were barely louder than his chains, “I believe he was leaving openings for…” A pause. “Something similar to happen.” Something similar. The thought made Jin Ling’s throat go tight and he found it difficult to swallow. The sects are still reeling from recent events. The discovery of Jin Guangyao’s ‘evil deeds’, the worst of which are almost a decade old, the Yiling Partiarch’s resurrection and his suddenly redeemable personality, and of course the death of Jin Guangyao himself. His uncle had helped support and strengthen the sects over the years and they had come to rely on the Chief Cultivator a little too heavily. The loss of him had destabilized more than one clan. Plenty of people were upset both that the Chief Cultivator had been killed and that he had been allowed to become so relied upon in the first place. To the twisted mind, both actions could be laid on Zewu-jun’s shoulders. “You think he wanted to be kidnapped?” Jin Ling forced himself to ask. “Something similar,” Wen Ning’s words were vague but the meaning… well. Jin Ling was a Jin, he had been taught to infer meaning at the age of five.

I hadn't seen that blog post before. Still, there's no actual quote from Johnson, the worldbuilding game designer, so I'm not taking it as cannon. The only planes I know about with humanoid turtles are Arcavios, Kamigawa, and NYC.

Wang Jie is a cultivator from my gf's and my danmei story. He's got his hair up into a half pony tail and it's pretty wavy and got curtain bangs. Loose strands are falling into his tinted skin. He's got asian features. It is just a sketch of a portrait view with some bamboo on the side. He's got brown hair and his clothes are a teal colour. On the side you can see his old design where he looks much younger and pretty innocent. Despite his colours having a more purple hue nohing changed.
