Seriously, charging for apps to use kitchen appliances??

@AnovaCulinary is going to start doing it for its sous-vide immersion circulator.

I won't be buying another one, and just hope my old, dumb, app-less version doesn't crap out.

I got a new @anovaculinary precision oven, and my first trial was a Tuscan bread baguette. I am amazed at the difference steam injection makes, the crust was by far the best I’ve ever had out of a home bake… 🍽️ #cooking #baking #anovaprecisionoven #bread

And yes, I made that corned beef from scratch. Started with a @GrowandBehold pastrami roast, shoved it in a bag with @TestKitchen brine. Then vacuum sealed & frozen for a while until I needed it. At which point I used my @AnovaCulinary immersion circulator to sous vide overnight.

Setup for cooking corned beef for Friday night dinner. @AnovaCulinary immersion circulator, home corned beef using a combination of @TestKitchen and @ChefSteps’s recipes. Beef was cured, rubbed with spices, and frozen a month ago. Going in for two days straight from the freezer.
