2) In the process it had failed to install erosion & sediment controls at site.
3)dumped more material on a floodplain without proper drainage
4) excavated two borrow pits without provincial authorization on public lands.

Taxpayers & local communities could be on the hook for cleaning up a growing inventory of abandoned oil wells & fossil fuel infrastructure in Alberta.

The UCP won't force oil and gas companies to pay the outstanding taxes owed to municipalities, but they sure as hell will force people who are unable to work to pay $200 to qualify for an insulting $200/month "benefit" that the UCP wants to claw back.
