This means that at least as far as the European Parliament is concerned, a core tenet of the EU's migration policy is now co-decided by the far-right, including its most extreme elements in the ESN, like the German AfD.

In my view the Commission argument against regularisation is unfounded as the law now stands. Here's Article 6.4 of the Returns Directive, which allows Member States to regularise the status of irregular migrants. eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-conten...

personally I would like EU freedom of movement back but in the absence of that there presumably has to be some form of selection so then the question is what and how. But since you think my colleagues at OMO are ‘biased’ I suspect I shan’t convince you.
