I’m a dedicated fan of one of the worst franchises in all of major American sports. And get this: I’ll never change. Yeah I could have switched teams when I was a kid, plenty of others around me did. But I didn’t. I’m…built a little differently I guess

I did agree with his larger point that if you would take 80s/90s players and put them in today’s game, there are probably many great players from those eras that wouldn’t even be in the league. It’s just so much more athletic and skilled now.
I just watched a video of Stan Van Gundy calling Jokic the GOAT and I love it. I love sports hot takes like that

Trump is not going to be able to establish a durable authoritarian regime in America. Not because it's not possible, or because of determined resistance having much of an affect, but because the GOP has deteriorated to the point where everyone is simply too stupid and too lazy to pull it off.
