The first book I read in 2024 was Prophet Song, and the image of the tree with ribbons tied to its branches is still haunting me. Might have to do an illustration/alternate book cover. Totally understand why it won the Booker… would absolutely recommend it if you haven’t read it already.

Being totally honest, I love horror books and audio dramas but I absolutely cannot handle horror films. Don’t make me look at it!

Lately I've been thinking about starting a bookstagram... though I read so many ebooks I feel like I'd have to draw rather than film a lot of content, which takes time. Hmmm... is there even an audience for SF/literary content on there?

My brain is currently going insane trying to chew on Prophet by Macdonald and Blache... I truly believe this is going to be one of my books of all time.

I find I'm learning a lot working on a game as the only artist/humanities based person. I've been forced to really look at the practical aspects of how a game comes together, other than just... Coding Magic.
