today we cleaned a bunch of crap out of the front room, got a christmas tree, put christmas decorations up, took down all the fall decorations, did a full second thanksgiving dinner (including whole turkey) and cleaned up after the whole thing. and now, i am fuckin’ bushed, lol.

so my MIL, who i adore, is a hoarder, and is downsizing, and so sent mr zjo a bunch of boxes of Stuff, including this one we just opened, which includes an emergency camping kit that *very much* contains some extremely flammable fire starters etc 😅😅😅😅 glad it made it safely i guess?

small victory, because i’ve been feeling especially bad about my appearance lately, but a year ago i would not have been able to wear these pants anywhere, let alone to thanksgiving dinner. still a long way to go, but even small progress counts.

The "Danger Zone" for food (bacteria grow like crazy) is between 40F and 140F, so keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold (more info below). Hot foods 2 hrs max before you need to refrigerate, cold foods can do 4 hrs
