Can someone explain why #UPS shipped my parcel all the way across the country when the sender is literally 38 miles down the road from me? I paid for 3-5 day expedited shipping, only to have it take 7 days to travel 2000 miles away and then 2000 miles back? Make it make sense.

Trigger warning: bugs! I need hivemind help identifying these lil dudes. I have recently found them on the kitchen floor munching on my cat's errant kibble. They're pretty tiny, like around 3mm in length. They squish super easily. I'm not a fan of bugs but can coexist if I know they're not harmful.
