As a new year approaches, it's good to know that even a shaky start is better than staying still. Wobbly legs eventually lead to steady strides. Start moving and embrace the stumbles.

I've been feeling so down lately and crappy, that I just don't know how I would react if I started actually feeling good. Like, what does feeling happy all the time feel like? What's it like to have good days one after the other? I don't know. But, I am hoping this new year will let me know. :)
