Following a guide on how to get insurance to cover therapy, step one is to look up those in my area taking state insurance and speak with five who are covered but can’t take me. Did that and results are literally zero cuz im in a village.

My whole house has been overtaken by toxic body positivity. Im dead set on getting back into shape which means losing this belly and everyone is acting like I have some sort of disorder for wanting to change.
