Too many pro-Brexit, pro-UKIP and pro-Reform politicians have had remarkably close ties to Putin and Russia.
We now have one that has been convicted as a traitor. Surely it is now time for a more formal review/investigation into any wider links.

This is the response of the US president to the most serious act of Russian aggression against NATO since the end of the Cold War. Not even a criticism of Russia or a message of solidarity with one of the US's most steadfast allies, let alone a sign the US will take any action.

Giving Peter Mandelson a major diplomatic position was always going to end in disaster.
Mandelson is undoubtedly talented, but he has persistently shown extremely poor judgment and a magnetic attraction to wealth and power.
Making him Ambassador was another predictably bad appointment by Starmer.
