Putting this out into the universe:

If there are any librarians or archivists listening, I would love a book about DIY archiving. Digital, paper, photos, journals, letters, etc. Authoritarian regimes try to destroy history. We’re going to have to learn how to preserve it.

My dad was tortured by the Gestapo for 4 days and thrown in a concentration camp for being in the Norwegian Resistance. Growing up, he would tell me things he learned in the Resistance. I thought, I'm never going to need this stuff. Here's some of those things #Thread

In Australia authors get paid for their work even in the library system where people are able to borrow for free. A beautiful system for all, impeccably executed here.
