I'm making a bunch of code I use in my games publicly available. Lots of good stuff like 2d drop shadows, pseudo 3d effects, vfx, npc vision, IK, save system, level system etc.

#gamedev #gamedesign Pitch: Escape a place in 60 seconds, all interaction is with keyboard, after the 60 sec everything resets. You learn puzzle solutions and the key patterns to solve them quickly, in order to win the game within 60 seconds. Plus speed-run opportunities!

You can add a gif as a post draft attachment, and the preview will play the gif, but when it becomes an actual post in your feed it doesn't play the gif T-T

Plant those shrooms! I used a raycast every frame between the last mouse position and the current to make sure no spots were missed when the mouse is moved very fast across the screen with mouse 1 held
