Honestly, I'd put that tax on anyone with an income of (NZD)$500,000 or more. If they're all as great @ budgeting as they claim, they'd be able to afford another house in Wellington or Auckland within two years (Realistically they'd looking at 5yrs - they're good at stealing, but crap @ budgeting)

The "Danger Zone" for food (bacteria grow like crazy) is between 40F and 140F, so keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold (more info below). Hot foods 2 hrs max before you need to refrigerate, cold foods can do 4 hrs
