I do too, but I still get some symptoms from them from time to time. Also, I bet yes - cos when I do both, that's just my luck. I really hope you don't get symptoms though! 💜

Debating with my thoughts. Friends who're very open and supportive, that send memes etc. helps sometimes. Other than that? Distraction. Pick the most appealing to you out of vids, games, hobbies, exercise, music, etc - then do it. (Also add in some good food if you combine more than 3.)
