I keep thinking it's blue. It hasn't been blue for like five years.
I have this problem in the fridge a lot. I’m fucked any time the cap on the minced garlic changes color.

Have now watched a squirrel bounce off the baffles like three times. Gotta admire persistence, I guess? But also, like dude, the fucking house sparrows fling seed everywhere off the feeders. You're not starving. You just have to work a little harder.

One of my coworkers has a letter he sends to the new interns each semester that does things like list off the working groups they'll be added to. Two of the groups merged like 18 mon ago. I've sent the correction to him like 3 times. I was just copied on the letter with the wrong groups again. Bro.

Look at these amazing mittens!!
Ice sucks! Help me raise money for good things.

1. Donate to an immigrant rights org like www.ilcm.org
2. Send me a picture of the receipt. Every $5 is an entry.

I knit these mittens and I will draw a name on 1/17/26 and send these to the winner. We’ve already raised $165! Can we make it to $300?

Scrolling through sewing videos and making judgy commentary on their binding process choices. Like, why sew on one raw edge and then have to go through a fiddly folding and sewing process at the end? folding and sewing on both raw edges at once and then just one fold is the same number of layers.

The last invoice from the Deeply Stupid Project has finally been paid! There is 1 (ONE) outstanding invoice for anything 2025 left and chasing that one is not my problem.

Now I just need to get all of these fuckers to pay their dues.

Update: Yeah, it sucks.
Have to log into work tomorrow. Dunwanna. Fuck, I probably need to turn email notifications back on too.

Got a lot of house and life admin done over the break which is impressive considering we were out of town for half of it. So at least I’m going into it without a huge backlog.

Please, baby fic writers, learn to use vocative commas. I’m begging you.

Question: is using a discord channel meant for discussing books as a place to workshop your novel rude or not?

I updated my stupid CGM app and all I got was AI bullshit and an app that turns itself off in background all the time

Downside of getting all this shit done is boy my arm is PISSY. I really need to do something about that. It’s probably good the handle on my paint roller broke and forced me to stop painting.

Husband roasted a chicken for dinner and I've got the carcass in the crockpot for overnight stock. Now just have to decide what to make with it. Usual chicken soup or a different recipe?

Everyone already knows I’m middle aged so please join me in enjoying the fact I in fact DO still have a small can of primer!

I get to paint walls tomorrow!

Well, bits of them. The big patch and then I’ve found the hall paint so that’s getting spackle and touch ups.
