Just in case you think that blue states & cities are safe… LA Mayor Bass expressed interest in a mask ban a few month ago & NYC Mayor Adams has said he’s in favour of a ban (as is New York Governor Hochul).

Restricting the use of masks? Were these people this embarrassed and ashamed of being the assholes in 2020+ that they think banning it will make it better?

If a mask is a political statement to you, you’ve been made a fool by your own party and you don’t even know it. I don’t know how to help you.
If you think mask bans are “no big deal” because there’s medical exemptions, consider the following:

Police are not doctors
Many disabilities are invisible
Everyone should have the right to protect their health
Criminalizing masks sends a message that maskers are “bad”. It emboldens anti-maskers
