I still feel bad that my turns on Inlines aren't great and I think I'm still leaning my skates more than my body but.
There are adults out tonight using the baby cradles to skate with.
So it does make me feel a little better.

Finally went back to the skating rink today. Missed 3 Sundays. (Once due to being in Texas, Once due to healing a tattoo, and the last time because my rink closed for a party)
I've now been skating 3 times since Jan 1st. Any progress is still progress.

It is SO IMPORTANT to know your shoe size for stuff!! I wear a 7.5 in women's shoes. I wear a size 6 in rentals at my local skating rink. I bought size 8 inlines when I went to a physical shop and tried them out. Fucking madness.

You're not better than others for feeling superior about "not being sad about tiktok dying." When some people like me had LITERALLY been on it for an entire decade. From 12 to 22, my entire life, documented and on display, only to be lost to some old cranes wanting to divide and conquer.

Me and my chaotic gremlin of a best friend went to Texas today to go to SFOT and somehow I ended up at a Skate Shop and got brand new inlines. Whoops.
