I really wish there wasn't such a stigma against cutting people out of your life. If someone's hurting you, and there won't be dangerous financial or social consequences for it. . . cut them out. All you have to do is just not let them speak to you anymore and the daily renewed pain will stop.

I'm furthermore an example of why we need complex health care that looks at people's whole selves. I wouldn't die of disease. I'd end up killing myself without the anti-anxiety and anti-depression medicine I'm on. So even just making it focus more on obvious issues would kill me.
