Republicans are waging a generalized war on science, but I think many of them don’t fully grok that RFK isn’t at war with science alone or per se: he’s at war with sick people, and of the view that only the lucky should be allowed to survive into old age. They are know nothings, he is Mengele.

Second run on my #couchto5k and for the first time restarting a running program I’m actually doing the right thing and running slow, topping HR out at 145 (45 y/o). Goddam, should have tried running easy long ago. Slow > ego. It’s so much nicer and easier to recover and get out the door the next day

My daughter’s speech therapist went out of business because Medicaid reimbursement rates were too low. We do not have Medicaid. I’m going to keep posting this until people understand that when Medicaid gets cut *everyone* loses services.
