1) remove from active contamination (get them out of the cloud of teargas, remove outer layers of clothing if possible)
2) flush eyes with ONLY clean water. Wash skin and hair with water and soap.

Water bottles and clothing that can ideally hold a couple of them at a time. Ones that squirt are great for tear gas.
An IFAK with added medical supplies (blister pads, bandaids and antiseptic, finger splints etc if you know how to use them, trauma shears)
