That's assuming the sample isn't biased in some way, which is a courageous assumption.
The actual number of respondents giving a voting intention here was *51 people*. So you can treat this as something like:

Reform 24% - 50%
Labour 21% - 47%
Green 12% - 34%
Sample size of 143, one month from the election, with no Labour or Green candidates selected

It's also telling because Reform could probably win a chunk of ethnic minority voters in Gorton and Denton, if it put some effort in. That they've run a candidate with those views on race and Islam in a 43% non-white constituency suggests they aren't interested in winning minority voters anywhere
