They should let me tour us-east-1. Partially as a learning exercise in seeing how some of the world's most important web infrastructure works day-to-day, but also so I can have a specific Thing to imagine taking a sledgehammer to when I get frustrated at console.

The sorry punchline to the bad joke of @proton.me refusing to let me add an additional user to my plan at my discounted rate is that I have discovered I've just lost that discounted rate altogether. I was not even informed of this, I went to put money in my account and saw "lol u owe us $200 more"
