Emphatically no. If one is convicted of a crime and subsequently accepts a pardon it is an unmitigated admission of guilt. It does not change the facts of the crime in any way.

Overturning a conviction wipes it clean and essentially means one is not guilty. Courts very rarely overturn convictions.
