Last year, a high profile lawsuit sought to hold Apple responsible for CSAM because it failed to implement device-scanning.
Judge dismisses w/prej. claim that Apple "knowingly" distributed CSAM. Dismisses other tort claims for lack of specificity, but w/ leave to amend.
