Love the adults and mentors in my life who tell me I did things wrong and life will be tough.

PTSD is really making life hard right now. I'm having to deal with daily "someone is going to kill you" thoughts, which are triggered by basically any and all social media / news reporting I encounter. Which can't be addressed because my burnout is making enjoying things for relaxation impossible.
