This is not a good take. Asking to not be singled-out for targeted oppression from our presumptive allies isn't a purity test. It's not voter suppression. It's not disinformation. Insisting that our representatives commit to NOT MURDERING US isn't a high bar. Fuck all the way off if you think it is.

At a certain point the number of people who this administration considers "Legitimate American Citizens" is going to be so much smaller than the rest of us that we should be allowed to just declare THEIR citizenship invalid in whatever new countries we end up needing to create when the dust settles.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.
