Websites get this kind of court order all the time. (Facebook doesn't even require a court-issued subpoena, sigh.) The Feds are only allowed to ask a website for metadata about an account or a post unless a lot of other conditions have been met that likely haven't been met here.

Since it looks like CR is sending out replacement discs for the mistakes on Dirty Pair--I'd be happy to take anyone's mislabeled Dirty Pair movie discs off their hands once they get replacements (I'll even pay for shipping!) to help save at least some discs from going in the garbage.

This utter dipshit. Prices are high in part because ports were closed to feeder cattle from Mexico because of screwworm, which is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what he’s saying. Also because slaughterhouses have lost many workers, tariffs on imported beef, feed prices going up, etc etc it’s a rich tapestry.
