I have no idea how many people have applied or what I'm up against. I have no professional brewery experience, just kitchen and barista experience from 20 years ago. But they know that and apparently my passion for homebrewing made them interested enough for Interview #1.

The owner (who also does basically everything right now) will be going to LA for a couple weeks in late Spring, and they want someone who can be trained up fast so when he leaves they can literally make the beer and do everything while he's gone.

I had my interview with the brewery on Friday, and I think it went really well! Lasted an hour and they said they'd be meeting Tuesday to discuss who they want to call back for a second interview, so hopefully I'll hear by mid-next week.
