Today, the Internet Archive submitted its appeal in Hachette v. Internet Archive. As we stated when the decision was handed down in March, we believe the lower court made errors in facts and law, so we are fighting on in the face of great challenges. blog.archive.org/2023/09/11/i...

It will forever piss me off that California's state reps fell for Musk's Hyperloop bullshit. We could have had high speed rail and instead we have fucking NOTHING. Meanwhile that fucker ran off with our tax dollars.
I also want to point out that Musk literally came up with a non-functioning Hyperloop concept, claimed he could deliver it, his prototype is literally an underground tunnel which we've had for centuries, and the goal was to disrupt high speed rail in California.
