Danielle Smith and Mark Carney are touting the Venezuelan regime change as a reason to barrel forward with a new pipeline plan.

But @maxfawcett.bsky.social says Alberta's pipeline dreams just got Trumped - and we need to start being honest about the future.

Careful silence when the US started killing people in international waters. Careful silence when a Canadian ICC justice was sanctioned by the US. Now we mumble vague things about international law and Venezuela. We’re losing more than just our voice.

Another masterclass moment from Kent Hughes.

Philip Danault is a Canadiens player again. He comes for a 2nd rounder - the CBJ pick.

The likelihood of a 40th pick becoming a star is 1 %. Likelihood that he makes the league as a regular at all is 10 %.

Danault costs 5.5 ending after next season.

No big deal, but the Alberta government just increased the fee to submit a citizen initiated petition from $500 to $25, 000. After the separatism initiative was approved, but before Corb Lund's coal mining petition gets re-approved. No political shenanigans going on here.

It really is amazing that the president has a noticeable an unexplained physical ailment that is disfiguring his right hand and there's no reporting about it. The White House's line is that it's from Trump shaking too many hands! Something is clearly being covered up.
