It's worth watching the exchange in full. The student appears to be suggesting that the very phrase "gender and sexuality" is "against our president's law" as well as "against my religious beliefs". The professor pushes back very gently on the point that the student is confused about the law. (1/3)

Not the most heinous thing here but it's extremely funny that third way thinks "democrats" are talking about "critical theory" too much lol
It would be a huge step forward for Democrats and for general clarity in political writing if these terms went away. These came mostly from academic hothouses.
