This is the embarrassing ass covering WotC has been pulling for decades. Should we fix the racist framework built into the game? What if we made orcs people instead? Don't worry players, there's still plenty of unpeople archetypes to kill without thinking about it.
It’s interesting how #dnd seems to be establishing that all “humanoid” creatures are capable of moral choices and have no alignment tendency. Whereas fey (goblinoids), fiends (gnolls etc), aberrations (kuotoa and now gith I think) exceptions, who might still fill the role of total weirdos & villains

I have very little patience for the "just pirate it" crowd that shows up whenever WotC pulls a WotC.
All you are doing is playing D&D without paying for it so you feel less guilty about it.
