Got a great night's sleep last night and did all the things today--shopping, cleaning, laundry (washed, dried, folded AND put away), holiday decorating.

Time to offer my annual reminder that if you're looking for affordable entertainment over the holiday season and you live anywhere near a university campus, check their performance hall schedule. They typically have interesting items year round along with holiday shows.

In the wake of the Pippen thing, I almost forgot to tell y'all a man came through today who was basically the embodiment of younger Denzel Washington. Looks. Voice. The way he moved. And then he showed me proud daddy pictured of his babies and I'm pretty sure my last ovary exploded a little.

At the market today, i had a booth next to a 73 yo woman who was mad at her husband because he wouldn't let her go up on the roof to clean the gutters anymore. Because she fell off the roof this spring.

And now i need to eat and recuperate quickly because I have to leave for work in a little bit.

I am sorry to report the addition of minnows to the tank highlighted the unfortunate fact that turtles are not smart.
Bought the turtles some minnows while I was out today and it's almost turtle treat time.
They also have fresh lettuce but they won't be as excited about that.
