After a few days of testing GPT-4 and GPT-5 to get some simple low-code automations built: 4 is much more ‘to the point’ but runs out of road quickly. 5 is verbose, loves a rabbithole, and seems to be trying to keep me engaged, rather than fix problems (and both have shat the bed).

Alfred Bestall's brilliant art for the end papers of 1970's Rupert Annual. AB was coming to the end of his 37 year tenure on the Annuals, but you’d never know it by looking at this fabulous work.
