it doesn't matter when you're 30, but by the time you hit 40, regular exercise makes a functional improvement to your daily life. doesn't have to take much time. there is a big difference between something and nothing at 40. this is a lot of the 'my knees hurt because I'm 35' stuff
Those who are 35+, what advice do you have for people just entering their 30s?

Deleting Facebook, getting rid of your Ring camera, and unplugging Alexa are three concrete things you can do to break the chain of surveillance which will undoubtedly be used more and more by state apparatus to nab you or your neighbors.
