But thousands of Vermonters and millions of Americans are getting notices in the mail that the health care plans they had in 2025 will be twice as expensive in 2026.

Turns out he wasn't. He played a role in the process to move immigration detention contracts through the Defense Department

Wow imagine that
The Trump administration used Benny Johnson's claims that his house was "burned to the ground" and that "people were murdered in my front yard" to justify its federal takeover of DC.

@kenbensinger.bsky.social found out that Johnson made it all up.

Corrupting economic statistics will change our economic reality. Here's how:

Tariffs raise prices. Social Security is indexed to inflation. If Trump tells a partisan BLS head to downplay inflation, seniors' social security checks won't keep up.

Rigged stats = stolen benefits.

Trump doing everything he can to make sure Republicans don’t lose the midterms. Trump doesn’t wanna get impeached, but he also doesn’t want face any kind of accountability (hearings, or possible impeachment) for the stuff he’s doing right now. It’s like they know that what they’re doing isn’t legit.
