A thing I just noticed is after the guy shoots one of the other ICE guys lifts his mask up tighter and higher on their face immediately, as if to say:

I am impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem, who is an incompetent leader and a disgrace to our democracy.

She wreaked havoc in the Chicagoland area and has brought her reign of terror to Minneapolis. One of her rogue ICE agents shot and killed an innocent woman today. It must come to an end.

Make a difference where you can. Complain on social. But then do something to change the narrative. We don’t have to be like this. We make our future, it’s not predetermined. Find out what you can do locally, write cards, text or make phone calls nationwide. And stay informed. #PostcardsToVoters

It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

Republicans, at what point do you question your choices? At what point is it too much?

Just like the first term, the cruelty is the point.

“about 70 percent of adult wage earners in the program worked full-time hours, most commonly in education and health services, hospitality and retail.” #SNAP

Shame on these companies! We need living wages now.

JD Vance promotes such a bad image for white men. In his depiction, they’re delicate snowflakes, terrified of competing with women and people of color for jobs, spooked by cat ladies and cowering in fear at the sound of a foreign language.
It isn’t white-male supremacy. It’s white-male insecurity.

HAPPENING NOW: Portland Police Commander Franz Schoening testifies that federal officers on Oct. 18 barraged protesters with crowd control munitions — not because of any violence but because another federal officer accidentally shot tear gas onto the roof of the ICE facility.

Every few years, the US govt shuts down, and this year, the ruling class wanna end programs like SNAP. Millions of working class people; the ones whose labour keep society running, are left to starve and die. And yet, nobody ever asks why the "richest country on Earth" even needs food stamps.
It’s almost like the capitalist ruling class are literally extracting surplus value from the workers. Gosh, how I wished more working class people were class conscious. 😭

Karl Marx referred to this as "surplus value" — the unpaid labour that workers create but never receive the full value for.

Capitalism and white supremacy keeps workers hungry enough to need help, but not hungry enough to riot. It’s a system built on managed desperation. And as long as the working class keep believing this is normal; as long as we wait for bourgeois elections to save us; nothing really changes.
