"the president defied a Supreme Court ruling to return a man mistakenly sent to a gulag... and spoke of sending Americans to foreign concentration camps.
This is the beginning of an American policy of state terror, and it has to be identified as such to be stopped"

Nothing like getting a message from a return customer asking about a $100+ order placed two weeks ago to alert me that, somehow, Meta reopened my “shop” without my knowledge. Old prices, no shipping. And no email, no order notification? When this order is out, I’m setting Commerce Manager on fire.

When I got COVID in North Idaho at the height of the pandemic, the urgent care doctor at our hospital prescribed me ivermectin, shared YouTube videos from conspiracy theorists with me, and railed about how the vaccine was a hoax. I’m sure he’s thrilled about this.🙄
Idaho’s lawmakers are the biggest bunch of dumbfucks you can imagine.
In what could be the near end of the legislative session, Idaho Republican legislative leaders are backing — and quickly approving — a bill to let ivermectin be sold an over the counter.

Lawmakers are tapping into the misleading national cure-all rhetoric. #idleg #idpol

We are deeply disheartened by the governor's signing of anti-trans bills HB 264 and HB 270. Make no mistake: these new laws are part of a deliberate effort to erode people's civil liberties. We must resist. To our trans community: we will not stop fighting alongside you 🏳️‍⚧️

I’m a rainbow in a red state bordering Canada. My business is seasonal, conducted through a farmers’ market that was beloved by Canadian tourists. Between Canadians (rightly) not wanting to visit and tariffs on ingredients/packaging, I’m crashing out.🥴😫
So, here’s my emotional support asparagus.

The "pro-life" crowd sure don't seem to care about kids who are actually living out in the world.
The U.S is the wealthiest country in the history of the world. We should not have the highest rate of child poverty of nearly every major country on earth. We should have the lowest.

It's time to end this international embarrassment & create an economy that works for all.

Here I react to the shameful behavior of American leaders and media toward the Ukrainian president. No doubt there were more, but I saw five failures on our side: of hospitality, decency, democracy, strategy, and independence. Please watch and share.

Congress shall make no law… abridging the right to free speech. 1st Amendment, United States Constitution.

Apparently Kootenai Co. Sheriff Noriss doesn’t think that applies to him, nor does he respect the Constitution, nor the Constitutional rights of Idaho Citizens.

We heard a loud “crack!” on Wednesday night—couldn’t determine where it originated. Thursday morning our mud room door would not align to close in its frame, so my Beloved had to adjust it to fit. Today we learned the sound was the result of an earthquake: apparently our house didn’t like it!😬

The battle of our day is no longer about Democrats versus Republicans or left versus right.

The choice right now is democracy or dictatorship. And we're sliding faster than I ever thought possible into the latter.

Everyone must choose which side they’re on. Now.

NEW: At least three more DOJ Public Integrity Unit senior officials have resigned after meeting with Emil Bove on the Eric Adams case. Five in Public Integrity overall.

That’s six officials who resigned, triple the number that happened during the Saturday Night Massacre.

You can act like this is hyperbole, or you can listen to the dozens of times right wing commentators and even elected officials have said they want to do exactly that.
It's not complicated. They're just trying to stop women from being able to vote.

We live in a rural area and conduct most of our work remotely via the internet. For years, we were hampered by our “inter(mittent)net” or “internot,” so we were pretty stoked when Starlink became available. We never liked the “man behind the curtain,” but having reliable internet was a godsend. 1/2

Idaho is one of ten states that does not have a shield law protecting confidential material and sources. The vast majority of U.S. states (red and blue) have seen the wisdom in augmenting the First Amendment by allowing journalists to communicate with sources without the threat of subpoena.
