Russian shadow fleet tanker (EU/UK-sanct.) LINE has spent the morning drifting/maneuvering slowly across the fairways, shortly entering Finnish territory, right in front of Finnish coast guard (stationed there after cable incidents.)
Looks like a provocation, might be benign.
