What a bizarre idea they’re starting to land on: that Christian communities are corrupt, not when they protect abusers, or when they spend money on private jets, or when they make sketchy land deals and go on trial at the Vatican about it (whaaat that’s so specific), but when they serve the poor.
to be clear, given that musk is claiming that he's deleting payments in the treasury system, that means that somebody is not accurately representing what's going on (and, presumably, it will be easy to tell soon enough given that either lutheran social services will receive its $ or it won't)
