As a Black American feminist, I don’t see it that way. I see those types as being aware enough to see a sinking ship and trying to reach out for a life preserver. But I don’t trust what she says, I trust what she does. She still wants to be a Republican and believes in those ideals 🤷🏾♀️
I'd be really curious if someone better versed in feminist theory wrote about what's happening on the right. Because between Greene, Mace, and Bobert, we've got this bloc forming of women who seem tired of serving a patriarchy of sex criminals. And their rhetoric is starting to lean that direction.

To be honest, Pharrell was talking about "New Blacks" around the time Kanye was saying "slavery was a choice."
The problem was that we were heavy in that "Black Excellence" phase so many people agreed and didn't take issue. But he's been said who he was on this stance

We can go back and forth all day about celebrities and their political leanings. The larger question is what are we going to do about it? Pharrell was called out by Kelis for playing with her money and a lot of yall were more upset at her for calling out Beyonce and his breakup with Chad.
