I think a lot about capitalism and how it affects and shapes us almost from birth. We are taught to want more and to disregard things that are old. Thrift and charity are conflated with poverty, as we are rarely taught that “things” are not a true measure of success.

No amount of information was going to push white people to vote for a Black woman. This argument that you and Tim are attempting to make is deeply disturbing and willfully ignorant. We live in a racist, white nationalist country. White people cannot be absolved from what they chose in November.
