I've seen lots of reports of this. And the thing is - they've already ignored a 9-0 SCOTUS ruling. Why do you think they'd follow a SCOTUS ruling they don't like? Trump wants the military in the big, blue cities. He wants to control the "situation" and make up his own "laws"
