"Hurry, Black Friday deals end at midnight!"

12:01am: same discount, but now we're calling it Cyber Monday!

I thought TBS was depriving me of my annual cooking-while-watching-Friends marathon, but it just hadn't started yet. The One With the List a) is not really a Thanksgiving episode and b) is still burned in my brain from childhood. Every line, every inflection, every secondhand embarrassment cringe.

Oh. Trump pardoned Martha Byrne's husband. Of course he did. No Republican will ever go to/stay in federal prison under this regime. 🙄

Wow. The moment you finally have to use the computer mouse you bought on sale 'cause it was cheap, like, ten years ago, to have around just in case your other one dies.

Then it's 6am and you have a spare right when you need it!

Amazing.

I hate when you get an email just after midnight telling you your package will be delivered "tomorrow." Which day are we talking about?!? Is this message even coming from the eastern time zone? Who knows! In my brain, it's still Monday night. Tomorrow means Tuesday. Sigh.

LOL, watching Skate America on DVR and Alysa Liu sipping on her chocolate milk going, 'the other girl definitely won, it's all good', then being confused that *she* won and going back to her chocolate milk box like, 'oh, ok then.'

Do republicans yelling at us about Bill Clinton realize most of us were children during his administration and legally prohibited from voting? lol

This is supposed to be some kind of gotcha? If he did bad things throw him in jail. I do not have Bill Clinton flags in my boat. (I do not have a boat).

I'm sitting here watching Colbert and in the last 10 minutes I've googled:

"who owns the Beatles catalog?" (Because In My Life is in an Amazon ad)

and

"Pete Townshend" (Because I wanted to know how old he is)

Makes me feel like I've become my father.

So many people in TV news still need to learn to pronounce Mamdani correctly.

He's been very famous since June, guys! You should really have it down by now!

Yeah, I realized a few minutes ago that I'd seen a couple of ads for the dude who's obsessed with trans kids playing sports, so this must have been a race today. But only a few ads and zero for a Democrat. 🫤
Any of you freaks have Nassau County Executive returns yet? Don't seem to be up on county BoE site.

I was in Bergen County last week and saw a lot of Jack C lawn signs and that always makes me nervous.

Glad that they weren't really a harbinger of anything!

Thing is, if Cuomo had done nothing else that was awful—no IDC, no sexual harassment, no constant undermining of the city he now wants to rule—the way he’s run this general-election campaign alone would be disqualifying.

I was just sitting here watching a fast food commercial and thinking about how much I miss eating whatever I want when I realized it's my GF anniversary. Seven years of reading labels, making do with substitutions, and worrying that I'm getting glutened anyway.

Here's where we are in the deer situation: I just drove down the street late at night and saw a mama deer NURSING HER TWO BABIES while standing on the double-yellow line. I drove past them very slowly and they stopped drinking, but otherwise just stayed where they were.

This season of omitb was strange and disjointed, but I liked the last two episodes. Even if they defied all logic about real estate and moving and I didn't totally follow everything. I did not enjoy the billionaires story, but Christoph Waltz was delightfully weird.

Now my radio works, but the gas pump would only let me fill my car up halfway and wouldn't give me a receipt. I don't know what's happening to me today.

... I was driving along, listening to Sirius XM, when it gave me a pop-up alert that my subscription had been "updated". And stopped working in the middle of a song. And my account profile says it was cancelled. I definitely didn't cancel! *headdesk*

I'm not any kind of U.S. history buff, I don't know much about architecture and I've never given a lot of thought to historical preservation. But still, I find these images of the East Wing demolition to be viscerally gutting. I'm guessing a lot of other Americans are equally horrified.

Click-to-cancel is a goddamn miracle and we should have it for everything.

This actually hurts to look at (as someone who has never even been to DC). How is he allowed to just *do* this?!

#NoKings just wrapped up! Huge turnout, even more than the last one. Same vibe - kids, elderly, dogs, canes and wheelchairs, costumes (inflatables, colonial, handmaids, superheroes, etc). Upbeat and friendly.

Clearly, these are dangerous, violent events that must be stopped. /sarcasm
