I just ordered a pair of shoes that had a couple of one-star reviews from February, bc Zappos kept sending people the wrong size. I got my confirmation email and, yeah, I fully expect them to send me the wrong size.

Every time I pass bags of flat noodles in the grocery store, I yell "make it gluten-free!" (in my own head; I'm not insane)

It turns out they DO make (crazy expensive) GF versions. But these are pathetically thin. Give me big, fat, wide noodles! I want kugel!

I truly hate the weather app on this phone. Just pure nonsense.

FYI, the crossword puzzle that the Bartlets work on in Dead Irish Writers ran in the New York Times on 1/24/02. It was a Thursday puzzle. As I have just discovered, because that's how far back I am in the archives.

These shoes are advertised in a Zappos email I got yesterday. They're basically the same Steve Madden shoes I had in 1997. 🤪
