Talking during movies isn’t just rude, it’s the mark of a deranged sicko and a nation in decline. Disruptive theatergoers should be sent to live on an island with the people who yell at bands like they’re best friends and the people who refuse to use headphones in public.

I dunno, obedience isn’t really better than blind obedience so this is just an endless inward and outward fart session.
This is how I pose with all the library books I check out knowing I’m only going to read like two of them before they’re due.
IMO many Americans don't even buy guns for personal protection or to defend themselves against a tyrannical government. They simply have a shopping addiction

It’s easy to feel disheartened when you encounter cowardice like this at every turn. I dunno how many times we need to see that acquiescing gains nothing other than delayed harm as a best case scenario, but it sucks.
The fact that we have to make the case against starving, bombing, and massacring children seems to be a pretty damning point of no return for our collective well-being.

It's pretty cool that the biggest paper in my area had its staff gutted, locks public safety articles behind a paywall, and now is turning to AI slop.
