The Senate votes today on two doomed health care bills, ACA subsidy extensions and a $1,500 GOP “savings account” for anyone under 700% of FPL. This vote was promised to end the shutdown, but everyone knew it’d fail. Dems should’ve held the line, millions are going to suffer.
